Living Creatively Weekly Session

​This is a soul inspired art class where we have fun creating art intuitively!
​It's a chance to explore, free up your creativity, deepen your connection with your inner inspiration, and connect in with others on a weekly basis.
It is a super fun class where there are no rules as to how you might create your art!
We will draw and paint to music, paint and dance, do fun creative exercises to free up your flow of expression,
​and some stillness and quietening the mind to assist in connecting with your inner self through the art that you make.
We will play each week with different mediums such as paint, pencil, pastel, found objects all on paper or card.

Giving yourself the opportunity to be creative is so valuable!
Most of us lead busy lives with little time for creativity and play.

When we create art, particularly from a more intuitive place, we give the mind a rest and allow our natural well-being to flow into us. This is something we can bring with us from class into our daily lives and into the interactions we have in the world. ​
